Welcome to my page and to the magical journey of Art!

I have a deep passion and love for capturing the invisible, the secret and celestial worlds through my paintings and writings. Worlds that exist in fairy tales, in children’s dreams and in the visions of Souls. I’m a self-taught painter – illustrator, storyteller, writer, philologist and a psychodynamic color therapist who resides in Athens. I have held several Art exhibitions in Greece and abroad, and I have illustrated all of my own books, as well as works by fellow authors. I have collaborated with significant publishers, including a well-known subsidiary of Hay House, as well as Onager Editions in New York. Through my actions, I bridge three sectors: education, art and therapy, with a focus on the therapeutic aspect and function of Art.

With 30 years of working experience with children, and more recently with adults in the realms of education, art and therapy (in the broad sense of caring, nurturing, and serving humanity), I created Healing Art in Greece. Its primary tool is an innovative method I call “Therapeutic Journey – Psychodynamic Color Storytelling”.

Over the past few years, I’ve been passing on my experiential wisdom and knowledge, obtained through the wondrous journey of my life’s course by conducting original educational circles and seminars, with a focus on psychodynamic creative expression and therapy through the art of storytelling and writing of a fairy tale.

Art, for me, serves as a mystical Gateway to traverse and communicate with the Magical Parallel Reality, a means to breathe and reconnect with the song of my soul. With each artistic endeavor, I embark on a fresh journey to converse with a profound and unseen facet of the world. Through Art, I can change darkness into light and pain into a path of rebirth and transformation.

For me, creating through art is akin to a prayer, an eternal process of sacred ritual, a form of meditation, a way to listen to the sparks of my visions, visions that originate from the soul within. A way to listen to conversations carefully, conversations from otherworldly realms. Simultaneously, it’s a means to transform consciousness and the external reality.

Ι believe that the main role of Art in our time is to give birth to the New Man, a being that is united with the Spirit, someone who rises boldly, fearlessly, and selflessly from the world of oblivion and the self-imposed limitations of the darkness of matter, into the world of the True Essence of Light beyond form. The primary function of Art is therapeutic, it serves humanity and helps reconnect individuals with the divine essence within them, and thus with their True Self. As artists, we have the duty to stand in the Light of our Soul so that we can serve this planet, to work through our vision and creation, to transform both inner and outer reality, and bring beauty, harmony and awakening to consciousness.

The changes of the world in the first place should start within us and so the global challenge that we live as a Humanity can be defeated only within us. The Soul needs to be united with the Spirit, with the One, that contains everything in the Universe and needs to have a deep communication with the Invisible. Τhis Ιnner Vision is what my Soul paints and that is why I call my paintings as “Inner Visions of the Soul” or “Inner Source Visions”.
